      Customer service

      Came here to try out an amplifier (was not a cheap amp), wasn't given a choice of guitar to try it with and was handed a very low end guitar, which for me didn't show the amp in the best light, and I wasn't even offered a guitar pick! The staff just walked away showing no care or interest whatsoever. Was very disappointed with the customer service here, there are better and much more accommodating music shops in the area. Report
