      Brilliant customer service and very fast delivery

      Brilliant customer service and excellent delivery time. Bought my clarinet from Ackerman Music and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The delivery was very fast (right on the next day, as I remember) I first ordered a more expensive clarinet but later sent it back because I changed my mind and decided to buy a cheaper model. I got refunded all 100% of the difference in price and the refund was very very quick which I really appreciate. The impression I got is that the company is not just making money but really is trying to provide the best service possible, so I would very recommend the company to anyone. Thanks Ackerman Music.
